I have to say.....I was not an easy client. I moved to Tucson from Chicago and wasn't sure where I wanted to buy (Tucson or Catalina), what I wanted to buy (house or multi-unit) or how much I wanted to spend and she was so prompt about setting up searches and so patient about talking me through my decision making. She stuck with me for about 5 months....going to look at places for me, answering all my questions, even the annoying, stupid ones. Really above and beyond...I'm just lucky she knows and loves real estate! She found the perfect place for me, which I overlooked because it had such a short description I thought it must be a dump, but it was everything I wanted, great house in a great neighborhood, pool, big garage, space for my RV. It's safe to say I wouldn't have my place without her knowledge. Not only did she find me a great house but she had recommendations, for contractors, things to do, places to eat, stores to check out, that were invaluable moving to a new city not knowing anyone. She made my transition here really smooth, pretty stress free and very fun! Oh and I need to say, she's also just a very cool, interesting and kind person, which made the whole experience that much easier. I'm really grateful she was my agent.
